Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders are reviewed for eligibility before dispatch. Orders placed on business days are typically processed within one to two business days. Orders that require additional verification of research qualification may take longer.

Destinations

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship to jurisdictions where the sale or possession of our Materials is restricted, and we may cancel and refund any order destined for a restricted location.

Handling

Materials are packed for transit under controlled conditions. Certain Materials are temperature-sensitive; purchasers are responsible for receiving shipments promptly and for storing Materials in accordance with the conditions stated on the certificate of analysis.

Risk of loss

Risk of loss passes to the purchaser when the shipment is transferred to the carrier. Please inspect all shipments on arrival and report any damage within 7 days, including the lot number and photographs of the packaging.
