What to include
For order enquiries, please include your order number. For documentation requests, please include the product name and the lot number printed on your vial — certificates are issued per lot, so the lot number is required to send you the correct document.
Response times
We respond to enquiries within one to two business days.
What we cannot help with
We cannot advise on experimental design, dosing, administration, or any application involving humans or animals. Meridian Research is not a pharmacy or a medical provider, and our staff cannot provide medical or veterinary guidance of any kind. Enquiries of this nature will not be answered.
