What are your materials intended for?

All materials are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, and they are not for human or veterinary use of any kind.

Who is eligible to order?

Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and must be a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or purchasing agent for a research institution. We may request documentation of research qualification and may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Do you provide certificates of analysis?

Yes. A certificate of analysis is issued for every lot. The lot number printed on your vial corresponds to the certificate for that specific production run. Request a copy through our contact page with the product name and lot number.

Who performs your testing?

Identity and purity are verified by third-party laboratories independent of our manufacturing partners. We release a lot only after those results have been reviewed. See Quality & Testing.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to jurisdictions where the sale or possession of our materials is restricted.

How should materials be stored?

Storage conditions are stated on each lot’s certificate of analysis. Receive shipments promptly and store materials as specified. Handling is the responsibility of the purchaser and should be carried out by trained personnel.

Can I return a material?

Materials are non-returnable once shipped, because their storage and handling cannot be verified once they leave our control. Where a material does not conform to its certificate of analysis, we will replace it or refund it — see our Refund Policy. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with the lot number.

Can you advise me on how to use a material?

No. We cannot advise on experimental design, dosing, administration, or any application involving humans or animals. We are not a pharmacy and do not provide medical advice.

Why do I have to confirm my eligibility at checkout?

Because our materials are restricted to laboratory research, we record an attestation of research use with every order. This protects both you and us, and forms part of our compliance record.
