Refund Policy

Non-returnable materials

Because our Materials are sensitive to handling and storage conditions and cannot be verified once they have left our control, they are non-returnable once shipped.

Nonconforming materials

If a Material does not conform to the specifications stated on its certificate of analysis, we will replace it or refund the purchase price, at our election. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery and must include the order number, the lot number, and a description of the nonconformity.

Damaged or lost shipments

Report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and its contents. For shipments lost in transit, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow five to ten business days for the credit to appear.
